Any Kew College parent may offer their services to become a member of the KCF Committee. Each year there will be a natural outflow of KCF Committee members, as their children move on.
Existing Committee members should give the Committee a term's notice of leaving, so that adequate time is given to find a replacement.
The posts of Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary are for a two-year period. These positions may be re-elected.
It is expected that members of the KCF Committee will attend the majority of meetings of the full Committee and may become involved in some of the sub-committees set up to organise individual events. They will also help to promote KCF activities within their year groups and liaise with the relevant class representatives.
