Saturday 11th June saw Kew College's annual Summer Fair and we were blessed with fine weather! Excited children queued to buy their tokens, ready to set off around the variety of stalls. There was something for everyone to enjoy and it was wonderful to see the whole of the Kew College community coming together on this special occasion. The children were quick to get involved and many could be seen carrying bags of goodies, sporting tattoos and with their faces and nails beautifully painted. Teachers were soaked with sponges and entertained all with the Human Fruit Machine! Well done to Charlotte in 2W who uncovered the hidden treasure – a trip on the London Eye – and won the prize for the School Council's 'Great British Treasure Hunt'. Many musical and dance groups performed and all were received with high praise and rapturous applause!
As ever, we are extremely grateful to KCF, and in particular Mrs Holland, for the time, hard work and dedication that they put in to organising this, most successful, event. Additionally, our thanks go out to all of the parents who gave up time on the day to set up and run the stalls. Many thanks to all!
